Emmons makes our own Pulled Pork sandwiches. These are also a staple and one of our top sellers. Try the Pulled Pork with tangy BBQ sauce or a special seasoned vinegar pork sauce,served on a toasted pub roll and topped with slaw. Our pork shoulder is seasoned just right and then slow cooked here in our own smokehouse.

Emmons’ kitchen offers other popular staples like our 1/4lb beef, buffalo or elk burgers. Ground and pressed onsite add your choice of Tillamook cheese or bacon. If your real hungry, make it a double!

The Sirloin-Tip sandwich is a special featured sandwich and is served on Friday’s. Sirloin tip is simmered in an sauteed onion broth served on a pub roll with Tillamook cheese, mayo and Dijon mustard this is another favorite with customers.
